Perfect Digital Solution (“PDS”, “we”, “us”) is a digital marketing and web development agency with a Canada branch in Calgary, Alberta. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through perfectdigitalsolution.ca and when you contact or work with us. We follow the principles of Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
What information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and provide our services:

- The content of messages, enquiries, audit requests and project information you send us.

Spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA)
Our website forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which helps us block spam and automated abuse. reCAPTCHA works in the background and may collect information such as your IP address, browser details and how you interact with the page, which is sent to Google for analysis. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service. Our forms also use a hidden spam-trap field that does not collect any personal information.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted or anonymized when they are no longer needed.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including secure (HTTPS) connections, access controls and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
